Not sure if anyone will be interested...

Hi everyone. I am about 2.5 years out, but I seriously struggling. I am eating until I get sick and just cannot get motivated to workout. Would anyone like to be "buddies" and we can help each other out? I am open to it if there is anyone interested.

what sort of working out do you prefer? my favorites are swimming, hiking and walking.

there are certain foods I go to on my "hungry" days that I know will fill me up without doing damage - do you have a list of foods that do that for you?
