Walk start walking 10 minutes or whatever your tolerance is, and increase it everyday. You can lose weight without exercise, 80-90% of weight loss is diet, not exercise. You don't have to go to a gym

  • Thx guys...ill try anything at this point. Sent from my SM-N910P using the BariatricPal App

  • Maybe you could start small, like with just pumping your feet or with some hand weights? Then move on up to something more? Just anything to get moving :-)

Walk start walking 10 minutes or whatever your tolerance is, and increase it everyday. You can lose weight without exercise, 80-90% of weight loss is diet, not exercise. You don't have to go to a gym to exercise walking can be enough.

This is something I've always said, "If nothing changes......then NOTHING changes."

By the way, if your energy is low, take a look at what you are eating.

Are you getting at least 64 oz of Fluid (more once you start exercising significantly)?

What is your Protein target? Are you reaching your protein target every day?

Are you avoiding added sugars (especially high fructose corn syrup), starches, and fried foods?

Are you taking your Vitamins and supplements as directed?

Are you eating enough?

Have you talked to your NUT lately?
