Surgery Date was 7/18/16
I lost 20lbs on pre op diet
Since surgery i dropped about 10lbs right away now I have increased my walking still on puree and only eating 3oz per meal with two Protein shakes per day. I seem to be only dropping 1lb about every three days is this normal? I thought I should be dropping it faster? Frustrating when i think I am doing everything right.
