My mind is taking control

Ok I have a confession; today o asked my husband to bring home KGC for, dinner? Before before he came home I was feeling very hungry for KGC; once I made my plate and my children's plate. I had sat sow to eat....

I took one bite of the chicken, two tablespoons of the mashpotatoes, one tablespoon of the macaroni and cheese.

I went to take a second bite of the chicken and I felt sick to my stomach, I start to gagging and you all ok what happen next...

My mind had took control over my appetite... This had happen before about two weeks ago... I was wondering is my body getting adjusted to my new eating habits... I have been overly thing about what will be taking place as far as my GVS. And now my body is acting out on the up and coming procedure
