how long after surgery can I start taking my pre-workout powder again ?

I would ask my surgeon, it guess it depends on your progress.

I got a batch of C4 left but I guess it's got to much caffein in.. any suggestion?

LOL I just miss the tingling feeling of it.will probably wait a bit longer.
