What did you eat?

What did you eat for the pre op diet? My dietician just gave me a packet. Guess I am having trouble since my car accidents. I had some frontal lobe brain injury and do have trouble planning and organizing.

It looks like it consists of Protein, non starchy vegetables and 1 fruit a day plus lots of Water.

Ok, so will have a Protein shake for Breakfast, lean protein and vegetables for lunch and dinner and a shake in the evening. Does any one know if that sounds right? What does your day of eating look like? This is a far cry from the way I've been eating and I am paronoid I am going to mess up. My Molina Case worker, has already threatened to kick me off the program since I've only lost 3 pounds in 3months and I need to lose 15 in 6 months. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
