4 weeks post op!

Hi everyone, went in to see nutritionist today!! Very happy with my progress in 4 weeks!!! Even more exciting I get to add some soft foods to day!! Down 17lbs!!!

Getting ready to embrace this stall everyone is talking about. I think I'm starting to see it scale hasn't moved in a couple of days. Bring it on!!

I had a bypass on 10/25/16. Surgery weight was 202 and current weight is 193. I am surprised this is all I have lost so far. Sticking to plan and drinking fluids and getting enough Protein. Please advise!
