Ok 4 days out and i have been bathing but the stitches near my belly button kinda smell the inside its not leaking and the smell isn't awful should o be worried ? And call my doctor I've checked it and it's dry

if it's dry and doesn't smell putrid, then I am sure it's fine. don't pick though! if you are concerned then by all means talk to your doctor's team tomorrow and let us know how you're doing.
