Can anyone who started around 350-380 and had an apron belly show me result pics without tummy tuck? Thanks. I'm petrified my apron belly will disallow me to drop sizes in my pants to excess skin.

I'm 5'2" and started at close to 300 lbs. My before/after pics are on my profile. I wouldn't let the fear of having an apron (pannis) deter you, most insurance will cover a panniculectomy. You can go to your insurance's website and search for criteria for panniculectomy. Take that to your doctor when the time comes.

My start weight was 333.1, and I have quite the apron. You can see my before and now pics in the post "huge milestone".

As far as pant sizes being an issue, I started out wearing 5x-6x or a size 32 for pants, and now I'm wearing XL or size 16 pants. So yes, you will definetly drop pant sizes.

However, if I didn't have such a big stomach apron, I'm guessing I'd be at a size 12 for sure.

I do plan on having a tummy tuck
