Full on preop diet?

Hello I am on day 3 of preop Liquid diet and I'm on my second shake right now, but I am full. I cannot finish it. Has anyone had or having this problem?

I recall the first few days on the all liquid pre-op diet being hell. It got better and the hunger subsided around day 3 or so like you are experiencing.

That being said, I've always been a light am eater... my main problems with hunger would (and sometimes still do) occur in the evening/bedtime.
