Anyone using Carbquik baking mix?

Carbquik is a low carb baking mix used like Bisquick. Wondering if anyone has tried it or is using it.

Here's a link to the product.

I've tried it, but my "pancakes" using the recipe didn't turn out at all. It was a hot mess. I'm not a stranger to cooking either. I went to culinary school! LOL I still have the rest of the box in the cabinet and haven't bothered trying any of the other recipes. It really just was a bummer for me.
