Protein Shakes

I have a question for you guys.... I've started drinking Protein shakes (Premier Protein) but becasue of the Iron in the shakes they constipate me. Do any of you have had this issue with your shakes? If so what has helped you?

That's weird that they do that to you. Protein shakes always go right through me!

@@butterfly23 where do you buy the tea? I'll try it. I've been using Benefiber but it's not working as I would like.

I buy the tea at any grocery store. Smooth Move. They are wonderful!
