Protein Shakes

I have a question for you guys.... I've started drinking Protein shakes (Premier Protein) but becasue of the Iron in the shakes they constipate me. Do any of you have had this issue with your shakes? If so what has helped you?

I know there are other threads on here about constipation and others find that Fiber or medications like colace or miralax work but I love my smooth move tea!
