This is my first time posting although I am a frequent visitor to the site.

I was banded in Mexico by Dr. Sanchez. I received my 5th fill (hadn't had a fill in almost a year). After the fill, I had a huge bruise on my stomach and now I feel very little restriction. I have gained 4 pounds since the fill. Any ideas on what this could be? Do I need more fill? He only gave me 1 cc which I knew wasn't going to be enough. I'm wondering if I have a leak?

It could be, but most likely the fill just wasn't enough. Sometimes I bruise too after a fill so I don't think that's an indication that something is wrong. I'd say try to get another fill and when they withdraw the fluid just make sure it was the amount of saline you were expecting. That's how I reassure myself that there's no leak!
