PHP insurance

Hello All, Still new at this posting. I have PHP and i am going through the dreaded (you have to have 6 months of a monitored weight loss program) ordeal right now. I chose optifast. It's okay but i'm ready for it to be over with so i can have my surgery. Does anyone else have PHP and how long did it take for approval. I'm really excited about starting this new leg on my life. I'm 30 married with two boys 7 and 5 and weight at the beginning of optifast was 429 but just weighted in at 387. Will

Web, I too have to do the 6 months of supervised dieting. I am with Cigna Arizona. I have just had my 2nd month. Still no loss. Cigna does not pay for programs like Optifast or even appetite supressents. Good luck on your progress, seems your doing the right thing to lose some of your weight before the surgery.
