First Day On Diet!!

Good morning all!!

today is my big day , i'll be on liquids with one meal today. i can do it , i have to , i'm a little concerned with having alot of gas. slimfast always give me gas and that is what the dr. has me on. ANY SUGGESTIONS???:hungry:

Tomorrow is my day. But I am on total liquids. all day. sugar free popsciles, sugar free Jello, broth, Soup, Water and protien shakes...

YUM! So today is my last supper. (sorry Jesus) Just remember why we are doing this and the outcome we want. Plus we will lose some weight pre-op. Keep your eye on the Prize. That is a healthy whole person. Right?
