Pre-op classes start July 6...

Was called today by the Kaiser coordinator, and the required six months of classes starts on July 6 (in one week). It feels surreal. Looking forward to connecting with the other 21 classmates over the next 24 weeks.

Really thankful that Kaiser puts us through this program down here. Am looking forward to the six months of behavioral and lifestyle training pre-surgery so that I go into this as educated and prepared as possible.
