The product contains several Vitamins and amino acids. Serving size is 3 tablespoons. This contains 100 calories and 15 grams of Protein. So far, so good. Under other ingredients, the third item listed was fructose which is a sugar. The order of the ingredients is generally given by percentage contained in the produce. So it may have a high sugar content which might be a problem for RNY gastric bypass patients.

I have used Amin.0 in the past, it's low sugar, only like 5-10 calories per scoop, but it does have caffeine which some people aren't allowed to have. The taste is pretty good, well for the grape and orange, I don't suggest lemon lime.

Isopure also has a pretty good Amino supplement for recovery, it is a little chalkier than I prefer, but the flavor is good

Prefer using BCAA Amino powder mixed with Protein shakes right after workout.

The powder does not have any sugar or carbs and provides any needed amino acids to support recovery.

I see improved recovery when using it, especially after intervals or hard workouts.

Do you get this at GNC? What brand do you purchase?

I get it from GNC and on line.

It is sold at no flavor as well as fruit punch or grape flavor.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
