I had mine weight loss

Surgery in. 2009 and I'm still struggle and wonder if I'm. Doing something wrong im Lose in the mild area but the bottom not leaving look like it getting big or maybe it just fat or something Elsa anyone want to talk and help me please to see what I'm doing wrong. Help
