Ok i have roughly 4 nut appts left after monday comes and goes.. ive been stocking up on some Vitamins preferably chewables. And other things that would be good to get in bulk before that time comes.

You can but Vitamins but don't stockpile Protein shakes and food because your taste might change after surgery

My date is soon and I didn't want to buy a lot of shakes til I know what my taste buds will be like. I love the premier protein especially the chocolate

I had no problem with taste changing especially with Proteins drinks, but I used many for years before WLS.

My son had Sleeve WLS and was not a big fan of Protein powder shakes, and he had even more difficulties after surgery. He gaged them done because he had to.

Everyone is different, so stocking up unless you really already like them, could be costly.

Best to you
