I don't remember being cold when I was on the liquid diet, but since I hit my goal weight I am always freezing! It is a strange feeling, since I don't remember ever being cold my entire life. That just isn't a problem here in Arizona. On the bright side, it is nice not being sweaty all the time, and I look forward to the savings on my air conditioning bills this summer!

I've been in freezing/chilled all the time mode since surgery. Not a normal mode for me. I keep Cuddle Duds handy to wear under my work attire and I keep my work zone/office warmer than other areas near me.

YES!!!! this is interesting however the weather has quickly changed here in the past week, its been pretty cool and windy here and freezing at night. so I dont know if its just me or just the fact that our weather has moved to been cool.
