New Zealand :)

I noticed a few kiwis are on the forums so thought Id say hi. Feel rather isolated in the WLS journey so would be great to have some others to chat too.

Surgery 12 July, on day 3 of the preop diet - headaches, hungry, grumpy etc!

Drop in and say hi!

Hello from an Aussie ....well at least we are neighbours . This forum has been a fantastic support for me and hopefully for you too.

Pre-op was difficult for me too! My cravings were crazy. Trust me it's so much easier not to eat post op, it will be the opposite, you will likely be struggling to eat and drink.

I'm 5 months post op now, and very happy with the results.

Good luck to you.
