Slider foods?

I have read the term "slider" in many posts, but I'm not quite sure what you mean by this. Can someone explain/give examples?

My doc told me anything that turns to mush or liquid with minimal chewing or when dropped into a glass of Water is something to steer clear of.

Foods that can pass easily through our restrictions....especially junk foods that offer no value to us.

For example...someone with a sleeve could eat a box of fudgecicles followed up with a box of Little Debbie cakes before getting full. Bad slider foods.

Same person could just eat a grilled chicken breast and be full and content.

Thank you for asking this. I didn't know what slider foods were either, but it never occurred to me to just ask. I just assumed 'junk'.
