I was wondering if there are any couples out there that went through the process together and were sleeved around the same time? My wife and I are taking this journey together. I'm still trying to decide if this is a great idea, or a terrible one. Would love to hear from anyone who has traveled down this path and could give us advice. Thanks.

I have not - but there is a couple in my face to face support group here who did theirs at the same time and they are doing very well. I think they found it helpful to go through the process and changes together.

My husband and I are going through this process together as well. We meet with the surgeon for the 2nd time Friday and are going to discuss dates for our surgeries. They are requiring we get them a month apart because of our 2 year old daughter. I'm excited to be able to go thru this process with my partner, this way we can keep each other honest and don't have to worry about the other eating things we can't.
