15 months post op and right shoulder pain

I had this pain right after surgery and it stopped. About a week ago the pain comes and goes after eating/drinking. This doesn't happen all the time, just randomly. Am I eating too much/too fast? I haven't changed any eating habits. Any ideas?

Do you still have your gallbladder?

  • Author

Yes

Gallstones may cause no signs or symptoms. If a gallstone lodges in a duct and causes a blockage, signs and symptoms may result, such as:

Sudden and rapidly intensifying pain in the upper right portion of your abdomen

Sudden and rapidly intensifying pain in the center of your abdomen, just below your breastbone

Back pain between your shoulder blades

Pain in your right shoulder

Might wanna get it checked out!

It might be a good idea to talk to your doctor. I had gallbladder problems a few years back, and it sounds a lot like the problems I had before I got it removed. Good luck.
