The Yukon health care wont cover the lap band surgery because they say there is no research on the lap band for more then 5 years, I wonder if i can prove them wrong?

I'd contact Don Mills at Inamed and talk to him about this. Just find the (800) number for Inamed and ask for him, he's the sales manager.
