Silly Question??!!

I've been dying to ask this question and have been trying to look at old posts to find the answer, but no luck. Was worried it was a silly question, but what the heck.

I know what PB is -but can some one explain to me what is going on when I don't PB, but get that "slimy", " phlegm-y" thing that makes me need to swallow a lot. Lasts about 5 minutes then goes away. What does this mean and what is going on?

Thanks in advance!

they are two differnt things?!?! I always thought sliming and PBing were the same thing. weird. Now I don't know what i have done lol

To me, sliming is all that salivia and such my body produces, I've assummed to try and get whatever is stuck un-stuck. A PB is when it doesn't work, and it all comes back up.

I HAVE THE SAME QUESTION!! I thought it was just werid and something I was imagining but I get a slimy phlemy feeling and keep swallowing then it goes away. At moment I am still only on liquids - thicker liquids so could it be the pouch being a bit full?
