Food mistake

I had my sleeve done on March 28th and have been doing really good. I am now allowed to eat most foods. Bread and rice and pasta are still not allowed along with pork and beef. I was told I could have crisp crackers and have been eating rice crackers. Also has been well. Last night I had some Trinkets. I did not think about how fibrous those are, just that they are crisp. I was in a lot of pain for about an hour and a half. They seemed to be stuck. I wasn't able to bring them back up nor could I get any liquid to go down. They finally digested but it was definitely not pleasant. Just a word of warning.

Be careful of too many carbs. If you eat too many it will sabotage your weight loss. My doc did not allow any carbs from crackers or crisps at all. The only carbs I could eat are from non starchy vegetables. Rice carbs are particularly bad because they are empty calories with little to no nutritional value.
