why am i gaining??

O.k I know I've only had a fill for about a week now, but I expected that I would lose 1-2lbs a week, not gain 5! I'm sooo confused about how this thing works! Some times I seem to have no restriction at all, and other times I cant eat more than 2-3 bites?? Whats up with that! Some times I feel full and other time I dont, some times I can eat bread and sometimes I cant? Is it like this for everyone? I read a lot of posts and this is realy the only place I have for support so any insite to this would be great! thanks !:girl_hug:

Yep, what Jack wrote.

If you are gaining weight with restriction, it is YOU that is doing something wrong. I would log every bloody bite that goes in your mouth on Calorie Counter, Diet Tracking, food Journal, Nutrition Facts at The Daily Plate or FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal. Something is wrong and I have a hunch it isn't your band. Only you will know for sure one way or another.

The band isn't a magic tool that helps you make the best food choices, it is a tool to lose weight.

Best of luck to you!!!
