Questions for Surgeon

I started this Journey 1/21/16 and I have completed Consultation, Psych Eval, all Nutrition appts and Now I have an appointment with the Surgeon 6/7. I was told that I would get my Big Date at this appt. If anyone can give me a few questions that I should ask the surgeon that would be great. I mean I have my own questions plus I would love your input for extra questions, just to make sure everything is covered. I would like to thank you all in advance.

Blessings
