De fill at one week

Well....I called the clinic today as it is one week since surgery and still cannot burp.sick.gif I also get a lot of pain in my chest.think.gif It is also hard to get down liquid everything is sipping even water. I talked to the nurse who advised me that I had about 2 cc's in my band from the surgery and we can take out the liquid. It is very painful for me as I also had a hernia repair...inside is still quite swollen I guess. Hopefully this will cause some releif.grin.gif I will let you all know how that goes.

I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. I'm kinda stunned that they filled you during surgery. I didn't think they did that. It's probably just swelling and it will go down in a few weeks but if they can take that Fluid out, have it out. When you need it, they can put it back in.

If you don't mind me asking, which size band did they use? If they used the AP, I guess the 2cc isn't all that tight but if you're swelling, it definitely will be.
