Struggling

Augh... from the past week I am struggling on eating right. I'm going for my 3rd preoperative weigh in in a week. I'm just frustrated. Stress is high right now. I'm trying to meditate. Extra walking. It's prom season for my daughter. She's going through something emotionally this entire school year and won't talk about. My son is graduating high school and he's off kilter. He's autistic so changes are extremely challenging. Work is difficult. My go to support people are very busy at the moment.

I know I have many blessings in my life. I am very lucky to have people around me that are supportive for the most part.

I'm just frustrated and could use a few bits of encouragement and advice. Thank you

I am a stress cleaner, so my kitchen looks GREAT!.

You have us now to help be a part of your support system. when you get off track, try to get back on as soon as you can and don't beat yourself up over the slips. try to not choose the worst thing when you get knocked off track. I think the meditation and walking are super choices. I spend part of my lunch break at work listening to quiet music with the lights off, 15-20 minutes and it really helps me let go of the morning yuk from work.
