I have been sick with a upper respiratory infection for a couple of days and I'm getting worried because I am not drinking much and I am not able to get any of my Protein shakes in because it makes my feel extremely nauseated, I have been doing good up to this point and I am thinking maybe all I can do is wait it out...any suggestions ?
