Called Aetna today and after the longest hold ever, I heard the word APPROVED'!!!!!! Or maybe not I think I've heard the word pending so many times I may have heard what I wanted to hear. Maybe I'm so excited I'm in denial. It finally happened I heard her say the approval letter was sent in the mail today.
