Hello everyone! I will be having surgery next Wednesday, May 18th (one week!). I have been so excited and not nervous at all up until this point, but today was when everything became real. The complications and risks are terrifying me even though they're pretty unlikely. I'm second-guessing my decision at the moment even though I know it's definitely the best choice for me. This is probably a normal thing, but did anyone else go through this? Are you glad you went through with it?

My surgery is Monday....I'm just excited. So far, I'm not allowing myself t'o go to the fear side. I telling myself I weighed all those things a long time ago....and there is no reason to re-hash all that again....

so far that is working for me......and if things get too bad my surgeon gave me 10 Valium that I can take and budget between now and surgery day....So far I've saved all of them.....When I start having trouble sleeping at night I'll take one.

Try to be excited, you've already done enough worrying!

i was feeling the same ,, but it will be okay...whats killing ne is the 10day ughhh today iam on my 5th day..i was nervous at the beginning..now iam waiting ...Be safe
