I'm following the directions to a T. I'm 6 weeks post op and down 43!!! But the best thing is food NO LONGER CALLS ME! I am soooo glad I did this! Worth those tough first weeks.

Wow this is so encouraging! Because that's the moment I'm waiting for... lol.. I'm 9 days post op and I cannot wait to get to where u are now! Congrats!????????

I'm so happy for you! Life is definitely different on this side of the surgery. Just to be able to not feel the constant and bone gnawing hunger all the time has made it so easy to stick with the plan and get the job done. I love my rny

I'm also relieved to hear this as well!!!!! I'm post op day 8 and it's still calling to me ... I don't feel full
