Arm Exercises

I'm do super excited to say that my surgery is in 10 days!! My question to y'all is this, I'm extremely overly worried about excess skin on my arms. Can anyone please help me out on exercises and also how soon after surgery can I get back into exercising???

right after I got in my hospital room I was up doing some slow walking.

At one month I was cleared for exercise other than walking.

well, it is fairly early in the process for me. next week I will be 3 months out and I have lost about 1/3 of my excess weight.

I have a little flapping going on, but not much and the skin hasn't had time to go back. I do use a philosophy skin firming body lotion or else coconut oil as a moisturizer, so time will tell. if not, I'll get the skin removed later. it's better than my old fat arms!
