So how's it going? I am almost at goal weight but had a major inflammation and then the band tightened up where I couldn't swallow Water... Now had all Fluid out and will be like that for a month. Actually I feel pretty good. Keeping up the exercise and yes eating a bit more but not too bad really. I was thinking I might have a month off from fluids every year.
So... Anyone else out there from September 15? How's it going for you? Do u love ur band? Or hate it? Or love hate it like I was for a while... I love it again and it really is a wonderful tool.. I see it as a safety belt for my tummy lol
