Iron pills

These Iron pills have me stopped up! Lol

I am 1/2 way through my liquid fast, and had to stop the iron pills. Is there any thing I can take to help I don't want to mess up

    call your surgeon's office and ask them so you can make sure you don't take anything that could mess up your surgery schedule......that's the safe way to go.
