2 week liquid diet may 3, 2016

I'm so nervous about liquids for two weeks my actual surgery date is may 17,2016. I'm located in New Orleans any one in New Orleans? I also need information how to avoid loose skin saggy skin besides high intake of protein vitamins and minerals and strengthing exercise. What is the key to not having flabby skin
