Cheese

Does anyone know when it's acceptable to eat cheese, if at all? I'm 10 days post op.. Just curious, because I'm making stuffed chicken for my family for dinner tonight, and I'm on puréed foods.. & Cheese has protein.. Just rambling lol

Google Nutritional Yeast and MSG to get more info. Many people who

have issues with MSG also have issues with nutritional yeast. Seems to be a heated topic for debate, but I would suggest researching before consuming. [emoji4]

Yep, won't work for me then. MSG causes migraines for me. I would guess then that the nutritional yeast will too. Thanks for that bit of info.
