Anyone from Denver? Psl

I'm about week out until my wls , the gastric sleeve. Little nervous and excited. Have ordered several items they suggested in the binder class that explained the post-op and pre-op diet requirements. Have struggled with my weight almost all my life. Developed an eating disorder and look to good for comfort on so many unhealthy levels. Have tried every other plan out there and have successpost-290801-14615725313782_thumb.jpgfully lost weight only to gain it back. After 2 kids, I haven't been able to get back down to a healthy weight soooo this was my last option.

I am from Denver. Almost 5 weeks post-op. Follow the plan, things will move (never as fast as anyone hopes). The first week post-op is pretty rough, you're week, tired and living off of broth and popsicles. But around day 7, day 8 things get so much better.

I'm from Denver as well, but won't get sleeved until July. I'm self-pay, so I'll be getting the procedure done in Mexico. You don't really get an info binder that way. Are the binders helpful?
