Protein Shakes

Question, I'm on the fence with Protein drinks. Sleeve date is 05/12...

Has anyone taken Herbalife or Visalus protein? I'm trying to get in as much protein and Vitamins all in one as needed starting my day.

    I would talk to your doctors office about that and find out what they want. I have took Herbalife and loved it. But my doctors office does not want us on any herb type shakes for about a year post-op. And they want us to stop taking any herbal Vitamins 2 weeks before surgery. My surgery date is May 12th too. Good luck and congratulations!
