Menstrual Cycle

I hate to bring this topic up in a public forum but I don't have anyone else I can ask. So for you men out there, you'll probably want to stop reading this now, lol. I am 11 days post sleeve. I started my period today and the nausea is horrible. I never had nausea with my periods before I was sleeved. Has anyone else experienced this?
