9 Day Post-Op Water Question

I am in my 2 week liquid stage. My nut reccomended drinking 2-4 cups of water a day during this stage. I have been drinking more like 3 litres a day. I feel thirsty all the time and water goes down just like it did before surgery. Does anyone know if there is a such thing as drinking too much water during this stage? Could I be harming my pouch?

I don't think drinking too much water at least what you described would be a problem. If you are worried give your doctor a shout.

The best thing you can do for yourself is be very well hydrated. Most people struggle with this at least the first week but some don't.

When my sister had hers in December, she could only take sips of water for a while. She said if she drank too much it would give her the hiccups
