Vitamins

I was just wondering what Vitamins you were taking prior to surgery? My surgery is set for June and my Doctor gave me a list of what I should be taking after surgery. Are those the same vitamins you started taking pre-op also?

    I also take some Vitamins for my hair but that was my choice. the doctor recommended I take the above.
