Hi all, I am currently living in Australia and I am due to have my surgery on the 28/04/2016. I am very new to this. Any suggestions? I am currently on the post surgery shakes and am very hungry. Any tips or tricks post or pre surgery? Thanks for all your help.

I drink a lot of Water at the moment but probably not enough. I didn't think about a boiled egg?

@@shannonmarie2016 congratulations on your date!!! Have u tried adding the sugar free Jello and sugar free pops. Those really helped me. I had surgery on 3/30/16. Plus I did a lot of Water which kept me full.
