Pre-op class

I had my pre-op class yesterday and now I am super nervous. I feel like I'm going to mess up the diet, or take the wrong kind of medication or something like that. Did anyone else feel like that after the class?

I was really overwhelmed after my Pre-op class. I had the same questions running through my mind as you did. I decided to take two days off from it all. Then, I sat down and slowly and quietly went over the information they handed out, taking it all in slowly. I then went on the computer and found this forum, I logged in every morning. It all started to come together. It will for you as well. Ask a lot of questions and keep in contact with your surgeons office.
