Anyone know of a physician in Virginia that does an unfill ? I need it prior to revision in Tijuana. Thanks

    Thought I had,and when I called for the appt they informed me that the "higher ups " said they couldn't do it because I was a Mexico patient. So, my surgeon says he will "unfill " me on May 17, the day before the revision. He only charges $100 USD compared to $775 in my town in Virginia
