Riddle Me This?

Does anybody find that being stressed can make their band feel a little tighter, and therefore interfere with what you can eat??

I have had a particularly stressful morning at work and having just tried to eat my lunch, I am struggling...

Would this be a contributing factor to what I can or can't eat???

Absolutely. Stress makes me feel like I just had a fill. So just go back to the basics with liquids and soft foods so you are not over doing it.

Yep, just go with it and enjoy the additional weight loss. Stress has helped me to maintain my loss for 3 years now. At least it has some benefits!

Thanks @@Dolores33778, was beginning to bother me because I haven't felt that kind of thing before. As long as there is a fairly simple reason for it, I know I will get past it. xx
