Vitamins

When did everyone switch over to taking a regular pill multi vitamin instead of the chewable? This last week every time I have had my chewable vitamin I have gotten sick. (No I am not taking it on an empty stomach). I am two months post op.

I have heard of others switching to the pill form. I am two months post op and still crush my Vitamins and take a chewable for my multi Vitamin. I'm too afraid to put pills on my sleeve just yet. I mix the crushed pills with organic unsweetened applesauce and it goes down with no problem.
